With over 30 years of business experience in Business Management and Trading, he brings extensive knowledge, strategic insight, and strong leadership to the Group.
As the Founder, he is responsible for the Group’s overall leadership, strategic planning, business direction, and major decision-making, ensuring that both companies continue to grow with professionalism, integrity, and long-term vision.

Syed Muhammad Wasay Raza serves as the CEO & Managing Director of BAS Group of Companies, providing strategic leadership across both Barq Al Sahab Development FZ-L.L.C. and Barq Al Sahab General Trading L.L.C. With professional experience in Business Management and Development, he plays a key role in driving the Group’s growth, business development, project management, team leadership, and client relations.
Demonstrating an entrepreneurial mindset from an early age, he began managing and operating two independent businesses in Pakistan at the age of 18, gaining valuable hands-on experience in business operations, management, customer relations, and commercial decision-making.
His leadership approach combines strategic thinking, innovation, accountability, and a strong focus on execution. He is committed to building high-performing teams, developing strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
